MUSEUM NOTICE REGARDING HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

Banco de México, in its capacity as trustee of the Fund related to the Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo Museums by way of the Management of the Museo Diego Rivera-Anahuacalli y Frida Kahlo, located on 150 Museo Street, Col. San Pablo Tepetlapa, C.P. 04620, in Mexico City, Mexico. In fulfillment of that which is established in Article 15 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in the Possession of Individuals, we hereby communicate our policy for the handling of personal information and privacy:

1. Personal information will be used to establish contact with regards to any questions, quests or comments you may have as well as to evaluate the quality of our service, to carry out studies regarding consumer habits and preferences, and to promote our activities.

2. For the objectives indicated in the present privacy notice, we may gather your personal data in different ways: when it is directly provided to us; through our bulletin; and in our polls. The fathered data will not be shared, distributed or commercialized. The personal data we collect through the bulletin consist of name and e-mail; the data collected by means of the polls carried out at the Museum are name, gender, age, delegation, occupation and level of education.

In the event that you wish to be removed from our database or rectify your data you may at any time request to be eliminated or your data, rectified through an e-mail addressed to: difusion@museoanahuacalli.org.mx or in writing to the management of the Museo Diego Rivera-Anahuacalli, located on Museo 150, Col. San Pablo Tepetlapa, C.P. 04620 in Mexico City, Mexico.

4. Your request may be included among the statistical reports elaborated to follow up on the institutional advances of the Museo Diego Rivera-Anahuacalli. Said reports will be merely statistics and will include no information that would allow you to be identified as an individual.

5. Personal data may be provided to third parties in strict keeping with the contents applicable legislation.

6. The person responsible for the protection of personal data relies on measures of physical, technical, and administrative security for the adequate protection of said data.
